If everyone actively reply back to the contact person of each spam, saying, please don't send this email to me again. But there may be a service that automatically do this reply task. The ads spam will usually have the contact point in the email contents. The auto-reply service will have database of those contact points. The volunteer could help adding contact points into database, via a wikia page. If the ads contain the url of the website, one will go into that website to seek for the email of webmaster or the contact person of that website. What if gmail has service like this? When push the "report spam" button in gmail, it will search in database for contact point, and auto reply the email to the contact point. If the contact is a phone number, is it possible to send SMS? There's may be some group or mailing list that, when anyone report spam to the group, the group will automatically do the reply task.

The spammers will get reply emails with message "Don't send this ads to me". The amount of reply emails will be correspond to the amount of those spam/ads emails they have sent out. When time pass by, they will eventually use some filter to filter out these anti-spam emails from their mailbox :b There may be various forms of reply email to avoid the anti-spam filter.

Many spammers, especially, the ads spammers, really want the recipients to contact them back for their business. You can then find out the real contact from the information left in that spam email.

Yes, if we lose this war. But if our effort, finally, result in discouraging the spammers, we win.
[edit] Ads fee charging / เก็บค่าโฆษณา
The alternative method, may be to provide service that send the bills to charge for ads fee, from the ads spammers. If they do not pay, then sue them. The service provider will act as the agent to sue.
อีก วิธี คือ, อาจ ให้ บริการ ส่ง บิล ไป เรียก เก็บ ค่า โฆษณา จาก spammer. ถ้า ไม่ยอม จ่าย, ก็ ฟ้อง ศาล. ให้ ชมรม เป็น ตัวแทน ฟ้อง ศาล.
